We are excited to be a part of the movement! Forest Therapy walks are now starting up at the Royal Botanic Gardens Blue Mountains in the beautiful Mt Tomah.
Make wellbeing in a World Heritage landscape your weekend ritual on the Nature Therapy Walks. From 28 November, the 2-hour guided shinrin-yoku experiences depart every Saturday through a rainforest setting, concluding with a Japanese-inspired tea ceremony. Originating from Japan, Shinrin-yoku (or forest therapy) is a preventative health practice that improves wellbeing by immersing your senses in nature.
